Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Online Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted online by one of the corresponding authors through our manuscript submission portal. Submissions sent by non-authors or unauthorized third parties will not be processed.
Authors are encouraged to suggest up to 3 to 4 qualified peer reviewers with relevant expertise in Management, Economics, or Business Studies. Complete institutional affiliation and professional email addresses must be provided for all recommended reviewers.
Only electronic Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF files are accepted. If you encounter any technical difficulty with the portal, you may submit your manuscript directly to the editorial desk at office.editors@riverpublicationhouse.com.

3. Tables and Figures
All tables and figures must be embedded directly within the text file at their appropriate logical positions and provided in editable format (e.g., MS Word tables, Excel charts). High-resolution graphics (minimum 300 DPI) should be provided for diagrams and figures.
4. Citation and References
References should strictly follow APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition style. All citations in the text must have a corresponding entry in the reference list, with complete DOIs provided where available.
